I am thankful for another wonderful year.

Photo Shoot 2012

Once a year, ideally around our Family Day

I splurge on a photographer.

I take A LOT of photographs of T

however, it is difficult to take the picture and be in the picture

although my iPhone does offer an app for that....

This year we discovered a fabulous photographer,

and voila amazing

Yes, he is a cutie and fairly easy to photograph

but I treasure new eyes behind the lens.

A Day with the Ducks

Theo loves ducks.... really loves them.

He has a stuffed duck he never goes to bed without.

If he wakes up in the middle of the night, he asks for his duck.

So imagine his extreme pleasure

when we went to the park and met lots and lots of real live ducks.

This is one of those moments as a parent when I must look fear in the face

and do it for my son, because birds are NOT my favorite.....

We visited the park for our family day photo shoot.

I was beyond thrilled with the outcome,

We voted today.

Halloween

I love this boy....and he loves his Gabba.

We celebrated Halloween with family and friends. 

First stop, a visit with the cousins

Next, off to best buddy Roba's house for trick or treat fun.

I am going to tell you how I thought it would go,

short visit and we pass out some candy, at the house....

NOT!

Cold, wet, and rainy and yet T was all about the trick or treating...

We went door to door, and it did not take long for T to 'get it'

hmmmm.... take candy say thank you... he loved to carry his bootie

Thankfully, collecting the candy was a bigger thrill than eating it.

BUT tonight he went to bed chanting
